The gown was designed by Badgley Mischka, and it probably comes as no surprise that Kellie wasn't exactly a "bridezilla" to work with, reports People.com.
"I really didn't ask for anything at all," the country star says. "They just took such great care of me and did it all. I just stood there and instantly fell in love with it."In a statement, designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka said, "The classic ballgown silhouette is perfect for her amazing figure." They couldn't be more right -- in fact, that classic A-line look is one of the most universally flattering styles for lots of body types. The gown was made of ivory duchess satin, and featured crystal beaded accents on the train. But the best part? The tulle ballgown skirt could be removed to reveal a mini dress underneath.
"I took the skirt off as soon as the ceremony was over and wore the short dress for the rest of the event," Kellie says.
