Do they charge extra for decorative ribbons and or a red carpet?
Do they supply champagne, hors d'oeuvres or dips? Is it complimentary or do they charge extra? Make sure to ask, what kind of champagne and hors d'oeuvres they supply.
Write down the registration number of the hire car you've chosen. This is to ensure they do not switch cars on you.
Ask whether your chosen car will be used for a previous wedding on the same day.
What time will the car arrive to pick up the bride, groom, bridal party etc?
Does the car hire company have public liability insurance?
Check to see they have a license to hire cars professionally.
Are you required to tip the chauffeur?
